Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page describes your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA”), and how you can exercise them with RMG Media, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Your Right to Opt Out
California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” and “sharing” of their personal information. Under the CCPA, “sale” includes disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, and “sharing” includes disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for consideration.
Categories of Personal Information We May Sell or Share
Although we do not sell personal information for money, when you visit our Websites we may share certain identifiers and online activity with advertising and measurement partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. These partners may include, but are not limited to, Google (including Google Ads, YouTube, and DoubleClick), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Microsoft Advertising (Bing), LinkedIn, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, Quora, Yahoo, Outbrain, Taboola, and similar advertising platforms. The categories of personal information involved may include:
- Identifiers such as cookie IDs, mobile advertising IDs, IP addresses, and online identifiers.
- Internet or other electronic network activity, such as pages viewed, clicks, and referral URLs.
- Inferences drawn from the above to create a profile reflecting your preferences.
We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we have actual knowledge are under 16 years of age.
How to Submit a Request
You can submit a request to opt out using either of the following:
- Email privacy@rmgmedia.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share Request”. Please include enough information for us to verify your request.
- Mail a written request to the address listed at the bottom of this page.
We will respond to your request within 45 days of receipt. If we require additional time, we will notify you in writing of the reason and the extension period (up to an additional 45 days).
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request for the browser and device on which it is sent. If your browser is configured to send the GPC signal, our analytics and error-tracking tooling will not capture identifiers from your visit, and we will treat the signal as an opt-out from the sale or sharing of your personal information. Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require the agent to provide written permission from you and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
No Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level or quality of services because you exercised your rights.
