Granado

what is granado
Granado, Brazil’s oldest pharmacy, first opened its doors in 1870 in Rio de Janeiro.
The owner of the apothecary, the Portuguese José Antonio Coxito Granado, produced remedies, cosmetics and other products made from plants, herbs and native flowers of Teresópolis, a mountainous region near Rio de Janeiro, where he had a small farm.

Problem
Reflecting the quality of the fragrances
The owner of the apothecary, the Portuguese José Antonio Coxito Granado, produced remedies, cosmetics and other products made from plants, herbs and native flowers of Teresópolis, a mountainous region near Rio de Janeiro, where he had a small farm.
Outdated Digital Presence
Granado's 150+ years of heritage and craftsmanship weren't reflected online. The existing site felt generic and failed to convey the brand's rich history as Brazil's oldest pharmacy.
Poor Mobile Experience
With the majority of traffic coming from mobile devices, the non-optimized layout led to high bounce rates and low conversion, especially across fragrance and skincare categories.
Complex Product Discovery
Navigating hundreds of products across fragrances, body care, and home scents was unintuitive. Customers struggled to explore collections and find the right products for their needs.
Solution
